For the Waiver Rules they only apply to preseason:
- It goes from last years worst team to the best team
- Each person gets 1 day to sign there free agents
- We will send you a message on xbox live letting you know when you are allowed to sign your free agent
- Only allowed to sign 1 free agent
For the regular season its a free for all
